• Cancellation Deadline: Cancellations must be made at least 72 hours before the event date for a partial refund.
• Refunds: A 15% administrative fee applies to cancellations within the deadline. No refunds for cancellations less than 72 hours before the event.
• Rescheduling: Rescheduling is allowed up to 48 hours before the event with a $50 fee.
• No-Show Policy: No-shows result in a forfeiture of payment.
• Manager’s Discretion: Exceptions outside these guidelines may be made at the manager’s discretion.
• Weather and Emergencies: Severe weather or emergencies may allow rescheduling at no extra cost.
