Cancellation Policy

Reservations for sections or entire floors are confirmed only after payment of a 25% non-refundable deposit. Full payment is required before the start of the reservation. • The reservation time begins at the scheduled time of booking, not upon the Guest’s arrival. Guests arriving late are not entitled to time extensions or refunds for unused time. • Grace Period for Late Arrival: • Friday and Saturday: A grace period of 2 hours will be provided for late arrivals. After 2 hours, the reservation will be forfeited without refund. • Sunday through Thursday: A grace period of 1.5 hours will be provided for late arrivals. After 1.5 hours, the reservation will be forfeited without refund. Guests are encouraged to communicate delays as soon as possible; however, exceptions will not be made outside the grace period. • Reserved spaces are held for the agreed-upon time frame. Extensions may be requested and approved based on availability and additional fees. 2. Cleaning Fee: Ocean Lounge expects all guests to maintain reasonable cleanliness during their reservations. A cleaning fee starting at $50 will be charged for excessive mess. What Constitutes Excessive Mess/Trash: • Leftover food, plates, bottles, or drink spills not discarded in provided trash bins. • Large quantities of trash scattered on tables, seating, or the floor. • Sticky or heavy drink spills on furniture, flooring, or fixtures. • Stains that require professional cleaning (e.g., upholstery, carpets). • Confetti, glitter, or other small decorative items left on the floor or furniture. • Vandalism: Any intentional damage to property or furnishings during the reservation. The final cleaning fee will be determined based on the severity of the mess and the required cleanup effort. 3. Non-Refundable Deposit: A deposit equal to 25% of the total booking cost is required to secure the reservation. This deposit is non-refundable. • Cancellations made at least 7 days before the scheduled event will not incur additional charges beyond the deposit. • Reservations canceled within 7 days of the event are non-refundable, and the full booking cost will be charged. • Forfeited Reservations: Reservations forfeited due to late arrival or failure to appear (see Section 1) are not eligible for a refund. Ocean Lounge reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time.
